Ordering Information
To help keep the costs of our products down, we have not
gotten too fancy with our ordering techniques. We take all major credit
cards and have provided an order form for you to print out, fill in and
fax or mail to us. Do not send your credit card information in e-mail as this
is not a secured site.
When you place an order, please make sure that you order the correct item (use part #'s where possible).
We have a 10% restocking fee on returned or exchanged items.
Please note we charge interest on past due invoices. Thanks!

Shipping and Handling information:Anything going US Mail or FedEx needs to be called into our office by 12:00 pm MST. in order for it to go out the same day. Otherwise, they will not be shipped until the next day. Thanks!
- Due to constant changes in UPS & FedEx shipping charges,
we no longer are able to give a standard shipping & handling rate.
Shipping must be calculated on an individual basis.
If you need to know the amount of the shipping, please call our
1-800 number and talk to Brook.
- Rush orders (next day and second day air) and International
orders are available.
- International orders ship via FedEx. Please contact us via email or
fax to obtain your shipping cost. We cannot ship Internationally at
the domestic rates.
- For Canadian shipments, we only ship FedEx (NO EXCEPTIONS)even though it is more
expensive than U.S. International Mail. We cannot track orders that
are sent by post and they are frequently delayed for weeks in customs or
who knows where.
- If you have a means of shipping you would like us
to use, please include that information with your order.
