OUR GUARANTEE Our solid tungsten carbide styli will outlast the factory styli many times over. Unlike some other manufacturers that are attempting to build styli with the same technology as the factory, these will not break or come apart if you work them hard! If you break one, except for prying, we will replace it free of charge. Our bushings are made from high quality, high carbon steel and are precision machined and hardened to 64 Rc or depending on the bushing, 50 to 52 Rc. We use close tolerances to make them suitable for accurate work. They are being used in fossil prep labs world-wide and we have yet to have a dissatisfied customer. If you should have one fail during normal use, we would like to hear about it. If you don't think these tools are MUCH better than anything you have been using, we'll give you your money back. If you have a stylus break and you don't think it was your fault, send it back and if you didn't just snap if off by dropping it or something similar, we'll replace it at no charge.
